Refund Policy — Straightforward Returns for a Worry-Free Shopping Experience

1. Return Timeline, Condition Standards, and Method of Refund

We understand that cosmetics must meet strict personal preferences. If a product from Forever Radiant is not right for you, notify our support team within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

·        Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any tamper-evident seals intact.

·        Brushes or tools must be returned in clean, undamaged condition.

·        Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible unless faulty.

Once your return is authorized, you have another 14 days to ship it back. Choose a trackable method and keep the receipt until your refund is confirmed. When the return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will repay the purchase price to your original payment method within seven business days.

2. Return Shipping Costs, Exchanges, and Faulty Goods

If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for postage. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, Forever Radiant will issue a prepaid label or refund reasonable shipping costs. We do not offer direct exchanges; instead, we recommend placing a new order after your refund is processed to secure the replacement item quickly.

·        Refunds cover the item and original shipping fee when the error is ours.

·        Gift cards are non-refundable.
