Shipping Policy — Clear Expectations from Checkout to Delivery
1. Processing Times, Carriers, and Delivery Estimates
Orders placed before 1 p.m. (local warehouse time) on business days ship out the same day. All other orders ship within one business day. We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL to serve domestic and international customers.

During peak periods or promotional launches, handling might extend by one day. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours with the option to wait, swap, or cancel that item.
2. Customs, Duties, and Lost Parcels
International parcels may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient. Ever Radiant is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections.
If your tracking shows “Delivered,” yet you have not received the parcel, first check with neighbors or your local carrier office. Should the package remain missing, e-mail support@foreverradiant.co within seven days so we can open a trace with the carrier. Outcomes may include a replacement order or refund, subject to carrier confirmation.
